Executive Director - Vivian Aku Gbade (Ms)

Vivian Aku Gbade holds a Master of Business Administration-(Finance Option) from the Wisconsin International University College; Affiliate of University of Ghana, She is a Certified Human Resource Management Practitioner (CHRMP) from Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners, Ghana (IHRMP), she also a Chartered Professional Administrator (ChPA) and Chartered Management Consultant (CMC) from Chartered Institute of Administrators & Management Consultants-Ghana (CIAMC), Vivian has gained her first degree in Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Professional Studies (UPSA) Accra.
Ms Gbade has a very impressive career history. She is currently the Departmental Officer of the Banking & Finance Department of the University of Professional Studies, Accra after having served earlier as the Junior Asst. Registrar and Administrative Assistant. She served as Agent's Commissions Officer/Secretary on an Internship and Contract Employment at Finance and Claims Department of the State Insurance Company (SIC) Accra respectively, Micro Finance & Administrative Assistant at Aidez Small Project International (ASPI) NGO at Dzorwulu in Accra.

Financial Manager - Ivy Sefakor Goka (Ms)

Ivy Sefakor Goka holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) in 2016; Institute of Chartered Accountant, Ghana (ICAG) Part 2; BSc. Marketing from the Institute of Professional Studies (IPS) 2005-2009 and the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination in Business Secretarial from the Keta Business Sec. School (2001-2004).
She has a vast working experience as she was the Beneficiary Monitoring Assistant at the Youth Employment Agency (Nov. 2016 - April 2017); Finance/Accounts Officer (August 2011 - December 2016) at ASN Financial Services Limited; an Administrative Assistant (April 2011 - July 2011) at Values For Life (NGO) at Values For Life, a Non-Governmental Organization; National Service Personnel from 2009 - July 2010 at the Institute of Professional Studies (IPS) and Personal Assistant to the CEO of Best Link Ventures Limited (July. 2009 - March 2010). Her expertise in Financial Management will be brought to bear in the transactions of the organization.

Director, Public Health - Sena Ahiakpah (Ms)

She holds a B.Sc degree in Public Health awarded by University of Ghana, Legon. She has worked at Princess Marie Louise Hospital, Accra from 2009 to 2015, after serving in eight health institutions in the Volta region.
Sena is currently at the Ga-East Municipal Directorate of Health, Abokobi-Dormie Sub district Reproductive and Child Health (RCH) Unit. She is the deputy head and also the in-charge of Family Planning.
She is a member of the following professional groups: Registered General Nurses, Nurses and Midwives Council and the Public Health Practitioners group. For her thesis, she presented "The impact of food supplementation on the nutritional status of HIV-infected adults"; a research work sponsored by USAID and published by the Ghana AIDS Commission in 2013.

Director, Women Development - Freda Elikplim Asem, PhD

Freda Asem holds a PhD degree in Development Studies awarded by ISSER, University of Ghana after obtaining her MSc degree in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada. Her PhD thesis ‘Technical Efficiency of Smallholder Horticultural Farmers in Ghana’ and the ‘The Demand for Cereals in Ghana’, in addition to the supervisory roles he has played in numerous international and governmental agricultural projects, have equipped her with the requisite knowledge on the prospects of agriculture in the lives of rural women. She applies this expertise and experience in improving the lives of rural women through agriculture be it horticulture, cereal cultivation or animal husbandry. She is a lecturer at the Department of Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness, teaching undergraduate and graduate students in Agricultural Marketing, Business Economics, Agribusiness and Value Chain Analysis for the past seventeen years.

Director, Animal Husbandry - Dr. Saviour Denueme

Dr. Saviour Denueme holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Agricultural Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and D.V.M., M.Sc. Vet. Medicine (Hons) awarded by the Kishinev Agricultural Institute in the USSR. He attended several short courses both foreign and local: Managing Human resource for Strategic Outcomes, MDPI-Swaziland (2006) Mbabane; USAID Avian Influenza Commodities Training Workshop, VSD / MOFA (2007); Hygiene and Quality Management for Animal Source Foods, JICA – Japan (2015) Obihiro; Workshop on the Fundamentals of Adult Education, Agric. As Business, Engineers without Borders-Canada (2009); Hands on Training for Beef & Poultry-VSD/MOFA and USDA (2016)
He has a vast experience in the Agricultural development sector as he has worked as District Director for Agriculture and District Agricultural Development Officer (veterinary) in four districts and the Regional Veterinary Officer for three regions in Ghana. He is a member of the Ghana Veterinary Medical Association (GVMA).

Director, Advocacy - Agnes Akpablie (Ms)

Mrs. Agnes Akpablie holds a Diploma in Basic Education awarded by the University of Education, Winneba. She has been teaching in basic schools for the past fifteen years. Currently she is the headmistress of the Islamic Basic School in Tuime-Akatsi.
She has always been a recruited staff of the Electoral Commission of Ghana for the district assembly, parliamentary and presidential elections in the country since 2004.
She was the President of Torwogbe Social Club-Akatsi from January 2010 to December 2013. She is now the Vice President of the Patrons Council of the club.
Agnes has just been elected the Treasurer of the Akatsi South district branch of the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT).
She is also an accomplished entrepreneur managing a bar and restaurant.

Programme Manager - William Kudzo Gati (Mr)

William Kudzo Gati holds a B. Ed (HONS) French Education, awarded by the University of Cape-Coast in June 1999. He majored in French with English Literature as his minor. Had a 3-YR post- secondary teacher training education at Mount Mary Training College, Somanya, in French, Education and English Language, in the Eastern. He had a six-week pedagogical course at CUEF, University of Ivory Coast. He has travelled the length and breadth of Ghana and four countries in the West African sub- region namely the Republic of Togo, Benin, Cote d'Ivoire and Nigeria. He has taught in 6 secondary schools and two basic schools located in 4 regions (Volta, Eastern, Central and Greater-Accra) in his 25 years teaching carrier. Was the Program Coordinator for IN MY FATHER'S HOUSE (Nella Cassa del Padre Mio-onlus) an Italian Comboni Missionary Organization (2004-2006).Was the Personal Assistant to the Chairman of Premier International Gold Coast Limited, a South- Korean Marketing Company based in Tema (2007-2008).
He is also the Founder of Torwogbe Social Club- Akatsi (2002), a registered group of 100 prominent citizens and a Co-founder of Minamatsi Welfare Scheme (2010), a micro-finance scheme for local artisans, farmers and traders. He is an executive member of several local associations and groups.
Currently the Headmaster of Dabala-Junction Comboni Basic School (September 2016-) with a school enrollment of 421 pupils and 20 teachers. He is an Assistant Director II in the Ghana Education Service. His passion for kids has no bounds.

International Relations Director - Rebecca Justus (Ms)

Rebecca Justus graduated from the Boston University with a B.A in International Relations in 2011. She also undertook a Liberal Arts Program at the Paris Internship Program, Padova.
Rebecca is bringing on board her expertise in the following areas: Program & Project Management; Human Rights Proposal Development; Communications Outreach; Gender Relationship Building; Advocacy; Civil Society Strengthening; Training & Partnership Management; Capacity Building; and Strategic Planning.
She has an impressive work experience with for several International Non-Governmental Organizations including: Women Thrive Alliance Washington, D.C. (Online Learning and Membership Fellow); Heartland Alliance International, Cote d’Ivoire (West African Program Officer); Aga Khan Foundation-Afghanistan Tajikistan (Program Management Support Officer); Yunus Social Business-Albania (Social Business Consultant); Tostan International –Senegal (Project Assistant).
She has managed projects in Nigeria and assisted with projects in the DRC and also attended the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) sessions in order to increase organizational visibility and engage with other organizations.

Administrative Manager - Simon Peter Ofosu (Mr)

Mr. Simon Peter Ofosu obtained his M.Phil. in Development Studies; M.A in Human Resource Management; Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Cape Coast after getting his B.A in Psychology from the University of Ghana, Legon. He had his SSSCE certificate in Business from the Three Town Secondary School, Denu. He is currently the Statistics Officer at the South Tongu district Education Office after serving as the Circuit Supervisor for basic schools in the Tefle Circuit. He also taught Mathematics and Business Management in a number of secondary schools. He also served as the Assistant Librarian Grade III at the Balme Library of the University of Ghana, Legon
He undertook the following research works during his University formation. These are: Income Diversification among farm households in the Sunyani West District, 2016; Female education and child mortality in Ghana, Analysis of World Health Organization Data, 2015; The Use of Audio-Visual Aids in teaching and learning Religious and Moral Education at Basic Schools in the Kwahu West District, 2010 and Occupation Stress: The case of Ghana Police Service, 2007

Youth Coordinator - Joyce Abla Kotoh (Ms)

Miss Joyce Abla Kotoh is a professional graduate teacher from the University of Education, Winneba where she was awarded the B.Ed degree certificate in Social Studies after obtaining her initial Diploma in Basic Education certificate from the St. Theresa College of Education, Hohoe.
She has taught in a number of basic schools spanning communities in the Volta Region thereby making her very conversant with both the physical and psychological challenges confronting adolescent girls having studied for three years in an all female teacher training college. She has been assigned the portfolio of Youth Coordinator based on her rich experience in Youth activities both at church and in the schools.

Logistics Officer - Celestine Ama Dedjoe (Ms)

Miss Celestine Ama Dedjoe graduated from the University of Education, Winneba and was the B. Ed degree in Basic Education in June 2012. She majored in Home Economics. She has been teaching for the past thirty-five years in several communities within our operational area. She has been promoted to the rank of Assistant Director II in 2012. She had her professional formation at Dambai Teacher Training College in 1981. A keen sportswoman, she was the Physical Education Detached teacher for the Akatsi District Directorate of Education 1989-94. She was appointed the District Chaperon from 1984 to 2006. A mother of 4boys has a profound passion for girls because she wishes she had a girl child. She is currently the Assistant Headmistress in the AKATSICO Cluster of Schools.

Administrative Assistant - Irene Essie Agbakpe (Ms)

Miss Irene Essie Agbakpe is a teacher by profession with a DBE awarded by the University of Education, Winneba. She had her teacher training education at Ada College of Education. She obtained an Advanced Level Certificate in Accounting, Business Management and Ewe after a two-year intuition at the Kpando Secondary School. She has taught in four basic schools in the Eastern, Greater-Accra and Volta regions.

Project Assistant - Bismark Kamassah (Mr)

Bismark Kamassah was awarded his Teachers Diploma Certificate after completing the Ada College of Education. He had earlier got his Teacher's Cert "A" P/S after his initial three -year professional formation at the Government Teacher Training College at Peki. He attended Awudome Secondary School where he obtained his GCE 'O' Level Certificate.
He has been teaching for the past twelve years where he occupied several positions including Exams Coordinator, Circuit Sports Secretary and Staff Financial Secretary.
He was the Program Coordinator for Poverty Watch International, a locally registered non- governmental organization which could not stand the test of time due to financial constraints.
